3. User Rights and Obligations
   1. The User of the Website has the right to view and use the platform for its intended purpose, as well as to use the Content, only when the Copyright of "HERKO-TRADING Ltd." is preserved and solely for non-commercial purposes. The use of the Content without citing the Copyright is allowed only with written permission from the Owner;
   2. All actions by the User that interfere with the operation of the Website, as well as those that could damage the reputation of the Website or its Owner, are prohibited. In such cases, "HERKO-TRADING Ltd." undertakes to take appropriate measures to remedy the damage caused without prior warning;
   3. The Website cooperates with third parties - business partners, who provide Users with copyright texts, services, offers, and other information. Each User has the right to use their offered services, and in such situations, the regulations of the respective Websites apply;
4. Processing of Personal Data when using the Website or entering into an agreement with the Owner for the use of services from the Website
   1. Data processed when using the Website:

5. Protection and Processing of Personal Data
   1. It is necessary to process and store the information you provide to improve the content and functionality of the Website, as well as to analyze trends in the online space.

This information is retained for a certain period, with the necessary technical and organizational measures taken against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access by third parties, alteration, or distribution, as well as other unlawful forms of access and distribution;

7. Applicable Law
   1. For unresolved issues and disputes, each user has the right to present to the Bulgarian courts and the relevant competent authorities any unresolved matters that the parties have not managed to resolve through negotiations and mutual agreement;
   2. For all matters not addressed in these terms, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation apply;
